Idea!
I have to admit, when I started this website, I wasn’t entirely sure what I was doing. I felt like I was wasting valuable time and exposing personal plans that maybe no one would care about. But, if you’re reading this, I hope you’ll stay a while and hear me out.
There are three things that I’m particularly passionate about, and I want to share them with you.
First, I believe that our housing design is seriously outdated, and we’re wasting valuable space. I think we should rethink the way we live and work, and maybe even consider going back to the way things used to be done.
Secondly, while I believe that capitalism is still the best choice we have, I also recognize that many laborers are at risk of becoming slaves to the system. Indie branders, in particular, need to collaborate more actively to free themselves from this trap.
Finally, I’m grateful for modern science and medicine and all that they’ve done to extend our life expectancy and improve infant survival rates. But in our rush to embrace the new, we may be forgetting about the traditional sciences that worked just as well, if not better. I think it’s important to identify which practices are worth holding onto and which we can leave behind.
I hope you’ll join me in exploring these topics further. Together, we can spark some meaningful conversations and make a difference in the world.
For Next Gen Koreans
From the very beginning, Koreans have believed in a common mission in life - "to contribute to the greatness of all mankind." As a proud Asian-American, I too believe in this noble mission. While I may not be able to contribute to all of mankind, I am committed to doing my part for the next generation of Asian-Americans. That's why I am working on this website, dedicated to the younger generation of Asians, in the hope of making a positive impact on their lives.

We should be able to keep at least half of our income for ourselves. However, in reality, a third goes to landlords and banks, another third goes to taxes, and the remaining third is spent on fixed monthly bills, leaving no money to save.

Off-grid living, minimalism, co-housing, and sustainable living are popular values today, all centered around the idea of living free from rent and mortgage. However, zoning regulations are tightening to discourage these alternatives. We need to redefine our housing.

While modern science and medicine have brought us many advancements, we mustn’t forget the value of traditional knowledge. Our ancestors used natural remedies that kept us alive for millions of years. Some of these remedies were foolish, but many are still better than synthetic options. In fact, many synthetic compounds are created to mimic natural ingredients. It’s essential to explore and appreciate these ancient remedies.
About Me
I was born in Korea and now reside in the Washington DC metro area. Previously, I worked as a Washington correspondent for a Korean TV network and published a beauty magazine.
For the last two decades, I dedicated my time to organizing and operating a non-profit organization, leaving me with little income. But after closing down my magazine and becoming jobless, I decided to prioritize making money and living for myself.
My plan is to build a multi-use house from scratch, where my family and I can live and work without worrying about rent or mortgage. Although it will be challenging, especially without starting capital, I believe I have the skills to generate income to achieve my goals. Once my project is complete, I hope to travel the world to explore different cultures’ traditional sciences and compare them with modern testing protocols.
This is a crazy idea, and there’s a high chance that I might not succeed, but hey, life is more exciting when you take risks, right? I don’t know where this journey will take me, but I plan to share it with you, fellow adventurous souls who are willing to read this far.
