Three-way Switch Diagram

I know, commonly, the Red wire is hot and White wire is neutral. The switching happens with the Red wire. But when I actually tried to do this task, it still was confusing and the diagram made easy for me to follow. Even though the electrician will make the final connections, it helps me to rough in the wire with correct number of cables and the gage.
